Real Estate Finance Executive

We are seeking a proactive Finance Executive with strong analytical skills to support financial planning, cash flow management, projections, and MIS reporting for our real estate projects. The role will focus on preparing project-level and corporate-level financial forecasts, analysing performance against budgets and ensuring robust financial controls to support decision-making and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Projections

• Prepare project feasibility reports including revenue projections, cost estimates, and profitability analysis.

• Build and update financial models for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Support in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term business plans.

• Conduct sensitivity/scenario analysis (pricing, sales velocity, cost escalations).

Cash Flow Management

• Prepare and monitor project-wise and company-wide cash flow statements.

• Track collections vs. outflows, ensuring optimal fund utilization.

• Forecast funding requirements and highlight gaps for management review.

• Coordinate with CRM and sales teams to track customer receivables and payment schedules.

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports covering sales, collections, receivables, payables, project costs, and profitability.

• Provide variance analysis (budget vs. actual) with insights and recommendations.

• Create dashboards for management highlighting KPIs such as sales velocity, cash burn, and funding position.

• Support management in investor presentations, board decks, and lender reporting.

Coordination & Compliance

• Liaise with project, sales, CRM, and procurement teams to gather financial inputs.

• Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and banks for financial data requirements.

• Ensure financial data accuracy and timeliness in all reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance (MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, MIS, or project finance (real estate experience strongly preferred).

• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, projections, and cash flow analysis.

• Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint skills (experience with ERP/BI tools preferred).

• Good understanding of real estate project dynamics, funding cycles, and RERA compliance.

• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
