Job Title: Doctor Relationship Executive / Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities: Promote and position hospital services to attract and retain clients. Identify and generate new business leads through strategic outreach, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and existing clients. Recommend suitable service enhancements based on client feedback and market insights. Support internal teams in developing and expanding professional referral networks. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Work (MSW), or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or client relationship management—preferably in the healthcare sector. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills. Professional appearance, personable attitude, and a client-first approach. Proactive, resourceful, and driven to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
