As a Sales Executive, you will be required to be open to training and learning opportunities, with a focus on consistent growth. Your role will involve being a key member of the team and implementing strategic methods to achieve the desired business results. It is essential to anticipate changing market conditions by identifying business trends to meet the evolving needs of clients. The primary responsibilities will include business-to-business sales within various cities in India such as Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, etc. This will involve generating new leads, selling CRM products to new businesses, and successfully closing deals. Your success in this role will depend on your excellent communication and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively reach out to potential clients in the market. You will be responsible for generating new leads, arranging meetings, and creating sales opportunities. Strong relationship-building skills are crucial, as you will be expected to take complete ownership of client accounts. An understanding of client businesses and the ability to align CRM solutions with their needs will be key to your success. Adherence to sales and pre-sales targets is essential, along with providing analysis and recommendations on market opportunities. Collaboration with the technical team to gather product enhancement ideas for key markets is also part of the role. Your interpersonal skills and willingness to work in a team environment will be highly valued. Identifying and leveraging brand-building opportunities will be an additional aspect of your responsibilities. You should be prepared for significant travel as client meetings will be a major focus of this role. Therefore, if you have an aversion to frequent travel, this position may not be suitable for you. The ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting is crucial for success in this role.
