Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Management / Communication / Mass Media
  • Master’s degree (MBA / PGDM – Marketing) preferred
  • Experience in education marketing / admissions / corporate marketing (preferred)
  • Understanding of:
  • Higher education ecosystem
  • UGC and NEP-2020 principles related to admissions and outreach

Roles and Responsibilities

A. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Support development and execution of annual marketing and admission promotion plans
  • Ensure all promotional activities comply with UGC norms and ethical standards

B. Branding & Promotion

  • Promote University programs through:
  • Print media
  • Digital marketing
  • Outdoor publicity
  • Events and fairs
  • Ensure accuracy of information related to:
  • Programs
  • Eligibility
  • Approvals and recognitions

C. Digital Marketing

  • Coordinate social media campaigns, website updates, and online advertisements
  • Generate leads through digital platforms in compliance with UGC guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports

D. Outreach & Institutional Promotion

  • Participate in:
  • Education fairs
  • School/college visits
  • Seminars and workshops
  • Coordinate with faculty and admissions team during outreach programs

E. Lead Generation & Coordination

  • Generate and transfer leads to the admissions team
  • Coordinate follow-up activities with counsellors to improve conversions

F. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain marketing and lead data using CRM / ERP tools
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports

G. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure marketing materials reflect:
  • Correct UGC approvals
  • AICTE / BCI / INC / NCTE approvals (as applicable)
  • Support NAAC/IQAC documentation related to outreach and branding

5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Lead generation volume and quality
  • Brand visibility and outreach reach
  • Campaign effectiveness and ROI
  • Accuracy and compliance of promotional content

6. Skills & Competencies

  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Digital marketing knowledge
  • Data analysis and reporting ability
  • Ethical marketing practices
  • Team coordination skills

7. Work Conditions

  • Fieldwork and travel may be required
  • Flexible working hours during admission cycles

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,970.59 per month
