Role & responsibilities 1. Campaign Execution & Coordination: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and on-ground activations. Coordinate with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Track and manage marketing assets, ensuring timely delivery and deployment across platforms. 3. Digital & Social Media Support: Assist in content development, scheduling, and community engagement on social media platforms. Monitor digital campaign performance and report insights to optimize strategies. Coordinate with agencies to ensure brand consistency in online communications. 2. Brand Activation & Events: Support the execution of brand activations, sponsorships, and promotional events. Coordinate logistics for college sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and sampling programs. Work closely with sales teams to integrate marketing efforts at retail touchpoints. 4. Market Research & Reporting: Gather and analyze consumer insights, competitor activities, and market trends. Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget utilization, and marketing ROI. Assist in tracking the effectiveness of in-store promotions and trade activations. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with the sales, supply chain, and operations teams to align marketing activities. Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. Maintain documentation, contracts, and approvals for all marketing initiatives. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing execution, brand activations, & digital marketing. Strong coordination and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Familiarity with social media tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Passion for FMCG brands, especially in the energy drink category
