QUALIFICATIONS

Full -time MBA from a recognized University with specialization in marketing with digital marketing subject level exposure / certification

EXPERIENCE

5-10 years of experience and demonstrable success in a marketing manager level role, (preferably in a complex / matrix organisation).
Proven ability to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing programme that achieves results
Experience of creating departmental / school level marketing strategies and operational plans to support specific business objectives and targets
Experience of planning within defined resources and delivering to this plan successfully
Experience of supporting the creation of publications
Experience of digital marketing including website development, performance marketing and social media activities.
Experience of providing marketing leadership and advice to non-marketing colleagues
Excellent creative skills including copywriting and an innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
Proven ability to utilize Salesforce. com as a sales analysis tool or any other CRM
Team player with positive Can-do attitude
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
Computer literate and proficient in standard office applications Word, Excel and Outlook
Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
