Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Field Marketing Executive to promote our courses and drive student enrollments. The role involves on-ground marketing, student outreach, and collaboration with schools, colleges, and hospitals to spread awareness about our programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit nursing colleges, schools, coaching centers, and hospitals to promote the academy.
• Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct seminars, mini-events, or awareness sessions in target locations.
• Generate leads and collect data of interested students.
• Assist in planning and executing local campaigns or stalls in education fairs.
• Report daily activities and lead data to the marketing manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local educators and institutions.

Requirements

• 1Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Nursing background is a plus).
• 0–2 years of field marketing experience (Freshers welcome).
• Strong communication skills in Hindi/local language and basic English.
• Willingness to travel locally (bike preferred).
• Energetic, persuasive, and confident personality.
• Familiarity with nursing entrance coaching is a bonus.
