Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Executive to drive our institutional lead generation through direct field engagement. Your primary role is to visit partner and potential partner colleges, build relationships with key decision-makers, and generate high-quality leads for our B2B solutions. This is a field-intensive position perfect for a relationship-builder who thrives on face-to-face interaction and strategic networking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Field Visits & Relationship Building: Conduct regular visits to assigned and potential partner colleges to meet with department heads, placement officers, and faculty to promote our B2B services and programs.
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Development: Identify and secure qualified leads from institutional partners through meetings, presentations, and on-campus activities, ensuring a strong sales pipeline.
  • Partnership Activation: Work to formalize partnerships through MoUs (Memoranda of Understanding) and ensure successful onboarding of new college partners.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demos to institutional stakeholders, effectively communicating value propositions and partnership benefits.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at educational conferences, seminars, and college festivals to network and generate institutional leads.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather feedback and insights from the field regarding competitor activity, market needs, and partnership opportunities to inform strategy.
  • Coordination & Reporting: Collaborate closely with the inside sales and account management teams for lead handoff and follow-up. Maintain detailed records of visits, contacts, and lead status in the CRM.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for college visits, partnership meetings, and qualified leads generated.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, field sales, institutional sales, or partnership development, preferably in the education, EdTech, or training sector.
  • Proven Field Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently in the field, with a track record of managing a travel schedule, building professional relationships, and generating leads.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills. Ability to engage confidently with senior institutional staff.
  • Self-Motivation & Drive: Highly independent, proactive, and target-driven, with the resilience to manage frequent travel and a field-based work routine.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities to schedule visits, manage travel logistics, and maintain timely reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
