Job Description

dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Executive

Enhancing site-level experience
Conduct
local activations
(e.g., kiosks, society promotions, roadshows)
Plan and execute
on-site branding
including hoardings, flags, standees, direction boards
Oversee the
installation and upkeep
of all offline collaterals at the site and key high-footfall areas
Coordinate logistics, vendors, materials, and promotions for events
Manage printing agencies, branding vendors, event support teams.
Ensure timely delivery and quality control of marketing materials.

Key Skills & Requirements:

14 years of experience in
offline marketing
, preferably in the
real estate
or similar industries.
Strong understanding of
ATL/BTL marketing channels
Excellent
vendor coordination and execution capabilities
Good communication and organizational skills
Willingness to travel locally and be on-site during events or campaigns.
Proficient in
MS Excel, PowerPoint
, and basic reporting
