Job Description

As a Sales Manager / Deputy Sales Manager, you will be responsible for converting prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate properties that align with their investment needs. This will involve contacting new prospective clients, setting up new business opportunities, and planning effective approaches and pitches. In some cases, you may need to make cold calls to promote primary properties. Additionally, you will accompany prospects on site visits, address their queries, and ensure compliance with operational processes. Providing after-sales services and facilitating home loans for customers will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you should have a background in real estate, hold a graduation degree, and possess experience in direct sales. Strong communication skills, the ability to understand prospect requirements, and aptitude for pitching property solutions are essential. You should demonstrate high levels of passion and ownership in achieving the organization's sales targets. Regular attendance at developer meetings and channel partner orientations will be required, along with the flexibility to work six days a week with Tuesdays off.
