Marketing Executive

Greenmax Solar is seeking a dynamic and field-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our solar installation services and products in and around Rayagada. As the Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, explaining solar solutions to potential customers, and maintaining detailed reports of your field visits. The ideal candidate should enjoy daily travel, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable with paperwork and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily field visits to generate leads and convert potential customers. - Effectively explain solar solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial prospects. - Maintain detailed reports of visits and provide daily updates to the manager. - Complete necessary documentation and paperwork for customer onboarding and project execution. Requirements: - Must own a bike with a valid driving license. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. - Basic knowledge of Excel/Word for reporting. - Prior experience in the solar industry is preferred. Compensation: - Fixed monthly salary. - Attractive performance-based incentives for every successful customer conversion. This is a full-time, permanent position with the opportunity for performance bonuses. The ability to commute or relocate to Rayagada, Orissa is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and proficiency in the Odia language is required.
