Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

_ 1. Field Marketing & Promotions:_

• Organize and participate in marketing drives, college visits, expos, job fairs, and roadshows.
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials in key locations.
• Set up and manage kiosks/stalls for events and campaigns.

2. Lead Generation:

• Engage directly with potential clients to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct surveys and gather customer data for marketing databases.

3. Brand Visibility:

• Increase brand awareness through hoardings, posters, banners, and offline media placements.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for promotional material.

4. Event Coordination:

• Support in organizing seminars, open houses, and walk-in events.
• Work with the sales and counseling teams to maximize footfall and conversions during events.

5. Partnerships & Tie-ups:

• Visit colleges, institutes, and organizations for B2B tie-ups and partnership opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with local partners and agencies.

6. Reporting & Feedback:

• Maintain daily/weekly reports of field activities and leads generated.
• Provide insights and feedback from the ground to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in field or offline marketing (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork and events.
• Proficiency in local language(s) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
