Job Description

Responsible for developing business plans and sales strategies for the market to meet the goals and objectives of the company. Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Advice on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers Responsible for handling Sales for flats/ shop/ plots. Help in preparing business plans and sales strategies to meet the companies business goals and objectives. Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the site/project. Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits. Coordinating with various Banks for Project Approval for funding to clients and smooth disbursement. Legal Technical Documentation Verification of new launch Project. Actively participated in the unit sales planning and generated unit action plans for exceeding and achieving sales targets. Prepared and gathered accurate reports on all sales-related activities. Generated new business via outdoor/outbound marketing calls, local sales promotions, seminars, and presentations. Gave justifications for deviations and waivers from standard pricing Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post-closure relationship management Skills Required : Data Analytics Decode Human Behavior Strategic Planning Skills Team Coordination Skills Excellent Sales Skills English, Hindi, and Marathi Communication Education : Any Graduate Can Apply Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent Only male candidates required
