About the Role:We’re seeking a proactive and motivated Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Zimozi. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience by supporting the development and execution of creative marketing strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to both digital and offline campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms like social media, email, and online ads.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand goals and assist in implementing marketing plans.
• Help identify ways to improve marketing efforts and website performance to increase customer engagement and sales.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks such as content updates, SEO, and managing paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Monitor and track marketing performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and campaign results.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials.
• Participate in training programs to learn marketing tools and apply new skills to ongoing projects.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 0–1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related internships/projects.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship.
• No prior full-time experience required; internship or academic project experience is a plus.
