In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience by supporting the development and execution of creative marketing strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams, and contributing to both digital and offline campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms like social media, email, and online ads. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand goals and assist in implementing marketing plans. Help identify ways to improve marketing efforts and website performance to increase customer engagement and sales. Assist with digital marketing tasks such as content updates, SEO, and managing paid ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads). Monitor and track marketing performance metrics such as leads, conversions, and campaign results. Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media content, and promotional materials. Participate in training programs to learn marketing tools and apply new skills to ongoing projects. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 0–1 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related internships/projects. Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising, and social media platforms. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eagerness to learn. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship. No prior full-time experience required; internship or academic project experience is a plus.
