Core Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development & Implementation:

Creating and executing marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.

• Market Research:

Conducting research to understand customer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities.

• Data Analysis:

Analysing marketing data to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure ROI.

• Brand Management:

Contributing to brand development, messaging, and consistency across all marketing efforts.

•Sales Support:

Assisting the sales team with lead generation, customer acquisition, and sales enablement.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing:

A Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing is essential.

• Strong Analytical Skills:

The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights is crucial.

• Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed for presenting findings, collaborating with teams, and communicating with stakeholders.

• Leadership Skills:

As they progress, MBA freshers may be expected to lead teams and manage projects.

• Business Acumen:

A strong understanding of business principles and how marketing contributes to overall business goals is essential.
