As we grow, we’re looking for a female Marketing Executive to support our brand's day-to-day marketing activities and help drive campaigns that resonate with our audience.

Role Summary

As a Marketing Executive at Floss Beauty, you'll play a hands-on role in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, coordinating with influencers, and contributing to content and branding strategies. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure our campaigns are consistent, on-trend, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, influencer, and retail).
• Create content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
• Coordinate collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics, email open rates, and campaign performance.
• Support website updates, product launches, and e-commerce promotions.
• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on beauty trends.
• Work cross-functionally with product and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Manage customer engagement through comments, DMs, and community events.

Requirements

• Female candidates only (aligned with our brand’s identity and representation goals).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong social media understanding (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Creative eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
