As we expand our team, we are looking for an energetic Marketing Executive (Female) who will play a key role in communicating with potential members, promoting our fitness programs, and assisting new clients in choosing the right fitness packages.

Role Overview

The Marketing Executive will handle front-end customer interactions (both in-person and telephonic), manage gym inquiries, and assist in promotional activities.
You’ll be the face of Delta Fitness — guiding prospects through membership plans, helping them understand our services, and ensuring a positive experience from first contact to sign-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and online inquiries to explain membership options.
• Assist potential clients in selecting suitable fitness or wellness packages.
• Handle telecalling for lead follow-ups, renewals, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain records of leads and conversions in Excel or CRM tools.
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and social media promotions.
• Coordinate with trainers and the front desk to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Assist in local marketing activities and collaborations with nearby businesses or influencers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Marketing background preferred).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
• Passion for fitness and willingness to learn about gym programs and services.

Work Details

• Location: Delta Fitness Gymnasium, Omaxe World Street, Sector 79, Faridabad
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Timings: Morning or afternoon shifts (as per schedule)
• Type: Full-time (In-office role)
