Job description Marketing Executive / Business Development Executive – Security Services Business Qualification : MBA or Graduation(any stream) Experience : 8-15 years’ experience in business development/ Marketing in Security services Location : Madurai City, Tamil Nadu. Responsible for acquiring new clients and generating leads You must have a passion for Sales & Marketing with aggressive nature to succeed You must be a “Go-Getter” You believe in our values Responsibilities and Duties. You must identify potential customers and plan & organize sales calls & customer visit schedules. Generating leads and giving a presentation to the potential customer and responsible for originating Inquiries & opportunities. Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments· Research and develop new business opportunities with new and existing users, new territories, across the market. Work closely with the operations team to ensure deployment and ensure compliance with the contract. Develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new contracts for Security Services & Facility Management Services as per targets /per year · Quick turnaround times are a priority. Maintain a high ethical standard when working with customers and stakeholders. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES : Language : Fluency in English is required, able to speak in Tamil . Hindi is an added advantage. A dynamic personality with good communication and analytical skills. Ability to present our services to all levels at the customer end, via telephone, email, visits, exhibits. Embrace new technologies and business savvy. Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy/efficiency. Strong communication skills, articulate, team player and dependable. Excellent written, speech, presentation and negotiating skills required. Ability to schedule and plan or react quickly to a changing working sales environment. Willing to travel domestically as required. Knowing of below Digital Marketing skills are an added advantage: 1. Dynamic SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), App optimization and Ads. 2. Affiliate Marketing, Google and FB AdWords. 3. Email marketing, Content writing & marketing includes Blog.
