Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Job Type: Full-time | Freelance | Contract Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in marketing (education sector preferred) Languages: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English Education: Any graduate Job Summary: The How Theory is looking for a dynamic and passionate School Outreach & Awareness Executive to promote our student-focused programs across schools in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for young professionals who enjoy public speaking, school engagement, and building meaningful connections in the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Visit schools in and around Hyderabad to spread awareness about The How Theory's programs Conduct sessions, workshops, and interactive presentations for students, teachers, and parents Coordinate with school principals and management to schedule events Distribute brochures and awareness materials Collect and document feedback from sessions Represent The How Theory with professionalism and enthusiasm Maintain daily/weekly reporting and updates to the team Requirements: Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the education sector Excellent communication and presentation skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English Must own a two-wheeler for school visits (local travel required) Ability to work independently and manage school-level engagements Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and surrounding areas Immediate joiners preferred This role is best suited for energetic individuals early in their marketing career Compensation: Negotiable based on experience and interview performance Travel allowance/fuel reimbursement provided Performance-based incentives (if applicable) How to Apply: Submit your resume along with a brief note on your experience working with schools or in the education sector.
