Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through client acquisition, lead generation, and the execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT products and services and be able to communicate their value effectively to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities :Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, emails, and social media.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and present suitable IT solutions (software, services, products).
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and product demos.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for customized solution delivery.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital platforms (email, SEO, social media, etc.).
  • Support content creation (blogs, case studies, social posts) to attract and engage prospects.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and networking events.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in the IT or tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of IT solutions like software development, SaaS, cloud, or managed services is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B IT sales or enterprise solutions.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn lead generation and email marketing.
  • Exposure to international markets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using tools like MS Office, Google Workspace, or project management platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,974.70 - ₹35,047.35 per month

  • B2B sales: 1 year (Preferred)
