Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. You will support the Operations team in organizing various projects and conduct market research to analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires. It will be your duty to employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data from social media, web analytics, rankings, etc. Your role will involve updating spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. You will assist in organizing promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns, attending them to facilitate their success. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver promotional presentations, compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts, and write marketing literature such as brochures and press releases to augment the company's presence in the market. To excel in this position, you should have proven experience as a marketing assistant and a good understanding of office management and marketing principles. A demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines is essential, along with being well-organized with a customer-oriented approach. You should possess good knowledge of market research techniques and databases, along with excellent proficiency in MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications such as CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Adwords. Exceptional communication and people skills are also required to effectively communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships.
