Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The Marketing Executive will support the marketing team in lead generation, telecalling, digital coordination, and administrative marketing tasks. The role combines communication skills with marketing execution, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, the marketing manager, and the sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Tele calling & Lead Generation

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce Biometa Polypacks compostable packaging products.
• Maintain a daily call log and lead tracker with follow-ups and outcomes.
• Share product brochures, company profiles, and quotations as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Schedule meetings for the Marketing or Sales team with interested prospects.
• Coordinate client inquiries through WhatsApp, email, and follow-up communication.

2. Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, exhibitions, and outreach activities.
• Coordinate with vendors for printing, branding materials, and digital creatives.
• Support social media posting and content management activities.
• Help maintain marketing databases and ensure client details are regularly updated.

3. Data & Reporting

• Prepare daily and weekly call reports and update the lead database.
• Track client responses and feedback to share insights with the team.
• Support data entry, documentation, and filing for all marketing-related activities.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Maintain strong internal coordination with the sales, design, and marketing teams.
• Communicate politely and effectively with clients to represent Biometas brand values.
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and event documentation as needed.

Skills & Attributes

• Excellent communication and telephone etiquette (English & Hindi).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Google Sheets, email handling).
• Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
• Confidence in cold calling and lead follow-ups.
• Ability to multitask and work under guidance in a fast-paced environment.
