We are searching for an ambitious, experienced Brand Promtion Executive who is highly adept at devising successful sales strategies, coordinating sales campaigns, and executing effective marketing plans that will convert potential prospects into clients. Role & responsibilities: Participate and promote projects at various property shows in Hyderabad, Vijayawada, and Bengaluru and other states based on requirement. Collect leads and input them into the CRM system for follow-up and closure. Coordinate logistics for property show materials such as POSM and price sheets. Plan and execute exclusive road shows and events across Hyderabad/Telangana based on Gather information on competitors' new project launches, including brochures and price sheets. Conduct surveys in existing Aparna communities to gather feedback and insights. Conduct surveys at Aparna marketing offices to monitor media effectiveness. Monitor existing outdoor advertising sites Coordinate point-of-sale materials for property shows, road shows, and events. Manage POSM movement to project sites and replenish stock as needed. Preferred candidate profile: MBA with Marketing Specailzation 3-4 years of experience in Marketing Good communications Skills Relevant industry experience preferred Excellent Powerpoint Skills Male Candidates Preferred
