Managing end to end quantitative and qualitative Market Research projects.
Creating/ delivering pre-sales presentations, research solutioning, proposal writing.
Collaborating with project-lead to ensure all aspects of project management to ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet client needs and deliver on high-quality standards.
Ensuring seamless project delivery, effective client management across geographies and industries.
Role will be strongly client facing - interacting with senior business stakeholders across markets.
Being a business consultant/ SME for client teams
Collaborating with client teams across the project touch-points including research design, questionnaire, analysis plan, analysis and reporting
Applying knowledge of Market Research across different industry domains
Project managing multiple projects concurrently.
Effectively planning, scheduling and monitoring research studies to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
Ensuring effective inter and intra-functional coordination to keep all stakeholders updated.
Reviewing work of larger team of analysts/ consultants while guiding, mentoring them for project success.
Motivated, solution focused, quick learner, willing to take on challenges.
Effective leadership, people management skills
Experience of managing multiple projects, leading teams and handling client interactions.
Consulting skills - ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills; Effective decision-making skills.
Good communication skills - effective oral, written & presentation skills to multinational clients.
Experience in team management - recruiting, mentoring, growing team.
Hands on experience of leading quantitative and qualitative primary research projects.
Hands on experience in research fundamentals - developing Questionnaire/ Discussion Guide, Sample Plan, Analysis & Insights and Report writing.
Hands on experience of SPSS or similar research tools. Additionally, experience in Python will be preferred.
In-depth knowledge of Market Research tools and techniques: Segmentation (Cluster Analysis, CHAID etc.), Trade-off analysis (Conjoint, MaxDiff etc.), Brand Track, Ad/ Campaign evaluation, Concept Test, Forecasting (including Time Series), Causal/ Predictive modelling (Linear, Logistic regression, SEM etc.)
Expertise in Excel (knowledge of VBA will be preferred), PowerPoint and MS Word
