Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital (social media, web, email) and traditional channels (print, events).
Content Creation: Develop marketing materials like prospectuses, website content, social media posts, and ad copy, ensuring brand guidelines are met.
Digital Marketing: Manage social media presence, website updates, SEO, and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Event Coordination: Organize and run events like Open Days, exhibitions, and roadshows to attract prospective parents and students.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Collaborate with admissions to generate leads and convert them into enrollments, often involving direct communication with parents.
Brand Management: Act as a guardian of the school's brand, ensuring consistent image and messaging across all platforms.
Market Research: Analyze trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and new initiatives.
Reporting: Track campaign performance, manage budgets, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Understanding of the education sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Social Media).
Data analysis and reporting skills.
Creativity and excellent writing/proofreading abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with admissions, heads of departments, and designers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
