Marketing Executive

What You'll Do: As our Marketing & Sales Executive, you will be responsible for a critical blend of activities to drive awareness, engagement, and sales: 1. Online Marketing & Social Media Management: * Develop and execute engaging content strategies for all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)* Create compelling posts, stories, reels, and shorts that resonate with our target audiences for each brand. * Manage online communities, respond to comments, and foster engagement. * Assist in running online campaigns (paid and organic) to generate leads and brand visibility. 2. Offline Marketing & Promotional Activities: * Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, and promotions as needed. * Identify and secure partnerships for offline brand promotion. * Represent the brands at local events, workshops, or activations. 3. Sales & Lead Management: * Actively engage with leads generated from both online and offline channels. * Conduct follow-ups via phone, email, or in-person meetings to convert leads into sales. * Manage the lead pipeline effectively using basic CRM tools (or spreadsheets). * Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales targets across all ventures. * Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Content Creation Support: * Assist in brainstorming and developing ideas for marketing content (text, visuals, video concepts). * Contribute to creating compelling descriptions and messaging for various platforms. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a marketing and/or sales role (freshers with exceptional passion and quick learning ability may also apply). Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Konkani/Marathi/Hindi (as applicable to local market). Hinglish proficiency is a plus! A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve targets. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with the Madgaon/Goa market is a significant advantage.
