Job Description – Marketing Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Shift: Day Shift (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and energetic Marketing Executive to promote our EdTech

–(School Management )product by engaging with key stakeholders in schools, colleges, and

other educational institutions. This role requires daily field visits, strong communication

skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

 Travel to target institutions daily to collect data and schedule stakeholder meetings.

 Meet with Principals, Chairmen, and key decision-makers to advocate for our product.

 Coordinate with the Business Development team to plan visits effectively.

 Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and

benefits.

 Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with field activities.

 Drive adoption of our products by implementing sales initiatives during visits.

 Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between field marketing and overall

marketing strategy.

 Prepare and submit detailed field marketing reports to managers.

 Demonstrate strong convincing skills to effectively communicate the product value

proposition.

 Maintain a competitive and energetic attitude, working independently to achieve

targets.

Requirements

 Willingness to travel extensively.

 Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (other regional languages

are an added advantage).

 Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a go-getter attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,992.11 - ₹40,724.55 per month
