Marketing Engineer

We are looking for a technically sound, business savvy engineer who is passionate about marketing, PR and brand building. This role reports directly to the founder and focuses on telling Agrogrades story to customers, partners, investors and the broader ecosystem.

You will translate our technology into clear and compelling narratives across digital, print and in person channels, and support overall business growth through strong communication and branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand Agrogrades products, technology and customers and convert that understanding into effective marketing communication
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation, product awareness and thought leadership
• Create content for website, social media, blogs, case studies, brochures and email campaigns
• Build and maintain Agrogrades brand across all touchpoints including presentations, pitch decks and product explainers
• Coordinate PR activities, including identifying media opportunities, preparing press notes and supporting industry features or interviews
• Manage Agrograde’s presence on LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms including regular posts, engagement and basic analytics
• Support events, conferences, demos and webinars by preparing collaterals and follow up communication
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging
• Track simple marketing and brand metrics and share regular reports with the founder
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, branding, product marketing, communications or a similar role
• Strong interest in technology with the ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in simple language
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong writing skills for marketing content, social media posts and business documents
• Confident, proactive and comfortable working closely with founders and leadership
• Organized, detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines
• Bonus: Experience in agritech, deep tech, robotics or B2B marketing is an added advantage
