Marketing Engineer

Pre-Sales Collaboration:  Work closely with the Pre-Sales Executives (Marketing engineers) Lead to understand customer requirements.  Coordinate with Pre-Sales Executives (Marketing engineers) to gather essential technical data from customers.  Initiate communication with the Design Team to develop initial draft design sketches. Marketing Tasks:  Provide crucial acknowledgment of design lead.  Send quotations to customers, ensuring accurate and timely communication.  Oversee the preparation of General Arrangement (GA) and Data Sheets.  Daily chair review meetings with the Pre-Sales Executives (Marketing engineers)  Conduct review meetings with the Technical Director.  Ensure the submission of quotations, accompanied by datasheets and GA plans.  Proactively follow up on customer inquiries to foster strong relationships.  Update enquiry register against status of Pre-Sales Executives (Marketing engineers).  Host customers visit.  Communicate with R&D team as and when require. Post-Order Phase:  Facilitate the seamless transition from customer order receipt to the detailed design phase.  Collaborate effectively with the Project Manager and Design Review Team during this crucial phase.
