Role Purpose:The Customer Marketing Manager will lead Client's customer marketing initiatives, overseeing the development of strategies that foster long-term customer relationships and drive business growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data, and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Client's marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and expectations. Experience:oMinimum of 5 years of experience in customer marketing, with a focus on B2B or B2C sectors.oProven track record of managing and executing customer retention and engagement strategies.oExperience in managing teams and working in cross-functional environments. Education:oBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.In this role, you will be expected to implement client account plans through relationship development, paid media, programmatic and opportunity pursuits that builds deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client. What are we looking for? Key Accountabilities: Lead the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies that align with Client's business objectives. Oversee the creation of customer-centric content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, events, and customer communications. Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives designed to increase engagement and maximize lifetime value. Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Provide leadership and guidance to the customer marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives. Monitor and report on key metrics, ensuring the continuous improvement of customer marketing efforts.Skills and Competencies: Technical Skills:oAdvanced proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).oStrong understanding of data analytics and performance measurement tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).oExperience in digital marketing strategies and platforms. Competencies:oLeadership skills with the ability to manage teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.oExcellent communication and presentation skills.oStrategic mindset with a focus on customer experience and retention.oProject management expertise, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously. Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
