Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the agricultural industry. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials. 4. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, farmars and industry associations. 5. Analyze market data and campaign results to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI. Qualifications Requirements: 1. Master/Bachelor's degree in Agriculture 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
