Marketing Coordinator

As an experienced professional at Transasia Biomedicals, your role will involve leading event planning, vendor management, and on-ground execution. You should possess hands-on expertise in managing end-to-end events, strong vendor coordination skills, and the ability to ensure seamless execution without heavy reliance on third-party agencies. - Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities effectively. - Identify, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, timely, and cost-effective delivery. - Oversee logistics, stage management, sound, lights, dcor, and all on-ground execution aspects smoothly. - Ensure compliance with company policies, budgets, and timelines for each event. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams for approvals and smooth execution. - Troubleshoot and handle last-minute changes with agility and professionalism. - Maintain post-event reports, vendor evaluations, and process improvements for future events. To excel in this role at Transasia Biomedicals, you should meet the following requirements: - Proven experience in vendor management and coordination. - Strong background in event planning, handling, and on-ground execution. - Direct, hands-on event execution experience is mandatory; candidates managing agencies alone will not be considered. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in event management, vendor handling, or corporate events. - Educational qualification of Graduate or higher. - Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills. - Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.
