Role Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator / Specialist, you’ll play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing content, and supporting cross-functional initiatives. You’ll work closely with the marketing manager and other departments to ensure our brand shines across all channels.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
• Coordinate content creation, email marketing, and social media scheduling
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights
• Support event planning, product launches, and promotional activities
• Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely delivery of assets
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and external vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (internships count!)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects
• A creative mindset and a passion for branding and storytelling
