Job Type: Office-Based

Coordinate and support day-to-day marketing and sales activities from the office.
Communicate with Marketing Executives, dealers and distributors in
Hindi
.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, follow-ups, and customer communications.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for order execution.
Assist the marketing team in planning promotions, schemes, and campaigns.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and MIS reports.
Handle inquiries, feedback, and follow-ups to support sales closure.
Support field sales team with documentation, presentations, and data.
Track order status and ensure timely updates to customers.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.
Assist in coordination with agents and channel partners.
Perform other marketing coordination tasks as assigned by management.
