Role & responsibilities

Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on-ground activations, community campaigns, and promotional events in societies and local catchments.
  • Coordinate placement of hoardings, banners, and other outdoor advertisements to boost brand visibility.
  • Liaise with vendors for printing, advertising, and marketing collaterals; ensure timely execution and quality.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing agency for integrated online-offline campaigns.
  • Support school events, admission drives, and engagement activities with effective marketing support.
  • Track, monitor, and report campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong vendor management, negotiation, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute outdoor and on-ground marketing activities.
  • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics will be an added advantage.
