Marketing Coordinator

As a marketing coordinator at Kittelson, you will be responsible for working with project teams to develop pursuit strategies, client capture plans, and go/no-go processes. Your role will involve supporting and leading proposal development by analyzing RFP requirements, creating checklists, developing internal schedules, drafting staff descriptions and resumes, composing strategic content, and designing proposal content in InDesign and Word. You will also collaborate with internal staff and teaming partners on interview presentations, review final marketing materials, prepare graphics, maintain marketing materials, update the database, and participate in marketing and business development meetings. Your contribution to the firm's prosperity will be a direct result of your efforts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop pursuit strategies and client capture plans - Lead proposal development process - Analyze RFP requirements and create checklists - Draft staff descriptions, resumes, and project descriptions - Compose strategic content and value propositions - Design proposal content in InDesign and Word - Collaborate with internal staff and teaming partners - Review and finalize marketing materials - Prepare graphics and maintain marketing materials - Update database with staff and project data - Participate in marketing and business development meetings **Qualifications:** **Required Qualifications:** - Strong writing skills to convey compelling stories - Highly organized, analytical, and deadline-driven - Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently - Client-focused (internal and external) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject preferred - Minimum of two years of experience in custom proposals production for public agencies - Experience in A/E/C industry - Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office - Knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint or equivalent software At Kittelson, compensation and benefits are designed to consider total compensation beyond base salary, including retirement planning, insurance, time-off benefits, professional development opportunities, and a year-end performance bonus. The salary range for this position is $65,000-90,000, determined by experience and location, including an employer-funded 401K retirement contribution.
