We're looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to run our US creator marketing operations. You'll manage onboarding, content checks, performance tracking, payments, dashboards, and day-to-day coordination with creators. If you enjoy structure, follow-ups, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Source, onboard creators, share guidelines, and set them up on Airtable.
- Review creator applications and video submissions for quality and authenticity.
- Track monthly posting targets and follow up with creators falling behind.
- Verify video counts, bonuses, and performance before payments.
- Source and upload daily test videos and maintain clean tracking sheets.
- Update and activate playbooks using pre-prepared scripts/content.
- Manage daily coordination across tools (Whatsapp, Slack, Airtable, Notion) and respond to creator queries at US timing since creators are based out of the US.
- Operate between 3pm to 12 midnight India time. Overlap between 3pm-8pm in the office, and then work from home.
What You'll Bring
Experience & Skills:
- 12 years in marketing operations, creator ops, or campaign coordination.
- Strong spoken & written English, follow-up, organisation, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent Excel skills; comfort with dashboards and tracking tools.
- Understanding of marketing workflows or creator ecosystems.
Bonus Points
- Experience with UGC/influencers or TikTok/Insta style content.
- Familiarity with Airtable, Notion, Coda, or performance dashboards.
- Ability to use AI to solve problems
