Job Description

- Collaborate with the Director of Content and Sector Marketing Managers to write, review and/or edit services and project content for collateral and digital channels including the company website.
- Conduct research to support the development of thought leadership content and marketing strategies.
- Assist with content planning by researching industry trends, audience behavior and marketing best practices.
- Write clear, concise and engaging copy that simplifies complex technical topics into accessible, audience-focused narratives.
- Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards for tone, grammar, accuracy and style.
- Coordinate with design, digital and social media teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in across all content deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple content projects independently while collaborating across time zones with global teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related field.
Excellent English writing, editing and proofreading skills. (Writing samples are required.)
Prior experience writing content for websites, email campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently, while also working collaboratively within a global team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Asana or similar platform a plus.
