Role & responsibilities Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and project execution. Proven track record in mechanized car park systems and/or large-scale steel structure projects. Strong knowledge of structure design, steel connection detailing, load transfer, and dynamic load behaviour. Familiarity with automated parking systems and associated structural requirements is a strong advantage. Excellent communication and coordination. Job Description: Lead the structural design and analysis of mechanized multi-level car parks and steel structures, ensuring safety, stability, and cost-efficiency. Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and construction document. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of structural systems. Should have experience in supervision of fabrication and erection of steel structure etc. In medium steel Engineering consultant/contractor and should have knowledge in welding, roof sheet installation etc. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards. Provide technical support during project execution, site inspections, and quality assurance. Prepare and present technical reports and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Assessing adequacy of contractors plant, equipment, materials, labour to carry out works as the per approved work program. Performance monitoring of works contractors. Report on tests. Review of contractors submittals such as work plans, work schedules, method statements, progress reports, designs, and drawings, etc. Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly progress reports. Maintaining photographic records of each assigned project. Responsible for monitoring and management of projects in assigned division / sub-division / ULBs. Maintaining photographic records of each assigned project. Minimum Qualification & Work Experience Required: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering is required. Atleast 12 years’ of overall experience with 5 years’ of relevant construction supervision experience of water supply and used water infrastructure projects.

Role & responsibilities Responsible for overall construction management, and quality assurance of the projects in the respective zone. Supervise the construction activity appropriately, implementation of work as per design. Contract management and Performance Monitoring of the contractors Prepare a construction supervision schedule with timing and resources identified Monitor the construction method by assessing the adequacy of the contractors input materials, labour, equipment and construction methods • Furnish the detailed construction drawings as necessary during continuance of the contract. Report on tests. Issues, if any, with regards to the Works/RoW/Land along with details of the action taken for the resolution of the same. • Photographic record of progress of works over the previous reporting period. As-built drawings in the scales as agreed with the Employer Assist third party inspections, if necessary, as decided by Client. Assist the Client in interim and final certification of the bills of payment. Assist the Client in issue of completion certificates. Support in preparing Project Completion Report and progress reports. Any other work assigned by the competent Authority. Experience B.Tech in Civil Engineering 10 years experience in Water Supply/ Used water/ Drainage infrastructure projects. Experience in leading the team shall be advantage.
