Marketing Communications Manager

As a Marketing Communications Manager at our hotel in Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh, you will play a crucial role in leading guest engagement and outreach initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing engaging guest activities such as food festivals, cultural evenings, wellness sessions, and themed events to cater to both pilgrims and tourists. - Curating authentic hotel experiences inspired by Vrindavan's spiritual heritage, local festivals, and traditions. - Planning interactive events and gatherings to attract and engage younger local audiences. In terms of marketing and communications, you will: - Work closely with digital and social media teams to promote all activities and events effectively. - Coordinate with agencies to create compelling content and visuals for both online and offline channels. - Oversee branding, messaging, and campaign design to position the hotel as a destination for cultural, social, and culinary experiences. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Building and maintaining partnerships with local artists, cultural institutions, event planners, F&B experts, and lifestyle brands. - Analyzing guest feedback and engagement metrics to continually improve programs and initiatives.
