This brand-new role is all about keeping our demand gen running smoothly; designing campaigns, setting up automations, and driving processes that help Blackstraw connect, engage, and grow. Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, Google Ads) Implement and manage marketing automation (HubSpot/Zoho) Build and nurture prospect lists using ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools Track campaign performance and optimize for better results Strengthen lead flow and collaboration between marketing and sales 3 - 8 years of experience in marketing operations/automation Hands-on with HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo or similar tools Strong grasp of CRM workflows, lead management, and reporting Experienced in paid ads, lead gen and ABM Experienced with ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar prospecting platforms Skilled in data analysis, dashboards, and campaign tracking Exposure to AI, SaaS, or B2B marketing environments Work location: Chennai Work type: Work from office
