Marketing Campaign Manager Residential Promotions (Field Role)

As a Marketing Campaign Manager for NobleLiving Buddha Rice, your role will involve leading the on-ground promotional campaign for Buddha Rice in residential complexes in Mumbai. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and coordinating with residential complexes for promotional activities such as standee placements and sampling slots. - Planning and executing daily marketing activities at different societies. - Hiring and onboarding student brand promoters for daily activities. - Training student promoters on the pitch, talking points, and incentive structure. - Tracking performance and sales conversions of student promoters. - Ensuring visibility and setup of branding material like standees and banners. - Maintaining basic reports of footfall, leads, and sample distribution. - Acting as a brand ambassador for Buddha Rice, educating potential clients on the health benefits. Qualifications required for this role include: - Prior experience in field marketing, brand activations, or BTL campaigns preferred. - Strong communication and leadership skills. - Comfort with on-ground coordination and travel across the city. - Ability to work independently and manage a team of part-time student promoters. - Fluency in the local language along with basic English proficiency. In addition to the key responsibilities and qualifications, there is a compensation package that includes a fixed stipend/salary based on experience, performance-based incentives on campaign success, and commission on sales generated via standee activations (optional/negotiable).
