You will also be responsible for hiring and managing student promoters on a commission basis. Key Responsibilities: Identify and coordinate with residential complexes for promotional activities (standee placements, sampling slots, etc.)Plan and execute daily marketing activities at different societies.Hire and onboard student brand promoters for daily activities.Train student promoters on the pitch, talking points, and incentive structure.Track performance and sales conversions of student promoters.Ensure visibility and setup of branding material (standees, banners, etc.)Maintain basic reports of footfall, leads, and sample distribution.Act as a brand ambassador for Buddha Rice, educating potential clients on the health benefits. Requirements: Prior experience in field marketing, brand activations, or BTL campaigns preferred.Strong communication and leadership skills.Comfort with on-ground coordination and travel across the city.Ability to work independently and manage a team of part-time student promoters.Fluency in local language + basic English.
