You will be part of the Garments Division of a 20-year-old group of companies operating in various industries across India. With a workforce of 2700 employees spread across 850 branches, you will play a crucial role in the sales and business development activities focusing on the Garments Division. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the assigned territory. - Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key accounts. - Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new sales opportunities. - Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. - Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing Strategies, and Team Handling specifically in the Garments Division. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. **Key Skills Required:** - Sales Strategy, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Market Analysis. - Negotiation, Communication, Trend Analysis, Retail Management, Sales Training. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and Reports preparation and management.
