Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation and a strong understanding of email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign management. Experience with Mautic is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage marketing automation campaigns using Mautic.
• Create and optimize landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Segment and manage contact lists to ensure targeted and effective communication.
• Develop and A/B test email campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Collaborate with the content and sales teams to develop and execute lead nurturing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing automation.
• Proven experience with a marketing automation platform (Mautic, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.).
• Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Experience with HTML/CSS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Mautic, including installation, configuration, and custom development.
• Knowledge of lead scoring and lead nurturing models.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
