Job Description

As a Marketing Automation Specialist at TriNet, you will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and coordination of the marketing department's activities through technical and operations support. Your role will involve capturing and reporting data to evaluate the performance of marketing activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance - Review and interpret website and digital marketing analytics - Serve as a liaison between internal teams and vendors to fulfill marketing needs - Suggest marketing budget improvements using forecasting reports - Perform other duties as assigned - Comply with all policies and standards **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred - Minimum of 2 years of work experience - Understanding of business-to-business (B2B) marketing, Client Relationship Management (CRM) software, marketing automation, and analytic software - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure high quality deliverables with a high level of attention to detail - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills - Ability to analyze performance metrics and pipeline metrics and optimize for improved performance - Possess creativity, adaptability, transparency, and accountability - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally with employees at all levels of the organization - Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Details of the Company:** TriNet has a nationwide presence and an experienced executive team.
