Key Responsibilities:
• Proven years of experience in marketing automation
• Hands-on expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub
• Lead the architecture, planning, and setup of new HubSpot instances or migrations
from existing platforms
• Manage end-to-end HubSpot implementation including workflows, lead scoring,
campaign structure, and reporting
• Ensure instance health through asset hygiene, folder structure, field management,
and naming conventions
• Conceptualize, templatize, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing
campaigns (email, landing page)
• Create and manage targeted email campaigns and nurture programs across the
funnel stages
• Provide performance insights and ROI reporting using HubSpot analytics and
dashboards
• Conduct instance audits, identify platform enhancements, and develop automation
roadmaps to scale marketing operations
• Manage database segmentation and enrichment, ensuring data accuracy and
compliance
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL for data management and reporting
(preferred)
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for template customization (preferred)
• Strong understanding of CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or via
custom APIs)
• Lead discovery sessions, status calls, and enablement sessions with internal and
client stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, RevOps, Legal, Content) to align
automation strategy with business goals
• Explore and implement AI capabilities within HubSpot and integrated platforms for
personalization and optimization
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong analytical and problem-
solving abilities
