Marketing Automation Lead

We re looking for a
Marketing Automation Lead
to be the technical specialist on our marketing team, helping to scale our go-to-market activities through smart automation, accurate data, and seamless integrations. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves building systems, automating processes, and turning raw data into actionable insights.
What You ll Do
Lead Gen workflow automation
Scrape and enrich data for lead generation (e.g. websites, LinkedIn, trade directories) using tools like Apify and Phantombuster
Analyse buyer-intent data (e.g., website visits, demo requests, content downloads) to prioritise prospects
Use tools such as n8n and Zapier to automate the process of lead generation, enrichment, scoring and outreach
Database Accuracy and Attribution
Refresh database in a timely manner to ensure accuracy
Ensure that leads generated can be tracked back to their source and channel
Prepare reports and insights relevant to team s KPIs
Platform Integration
Ensure smooth integration between tools used in different stages of the marketing funnel e.g. Clay, Heyreach, Instantly
Ensure data is synced to CRM systems e.g. Pipedrive
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing and other internal teams
What We re Looking For
Requirements
3 5 years experience in
marketing automation
, RevOps
, or marketing operations
roles. Hands-on experience with
automation tools
(n8n, Zapier). Proven ability to use
data scraping tools
(Apify, PhantomBuster, or similar). Strong understanding of
buyer-intent data
and lead scoring methodologies. Familiarity with
CRM systems
(Pipedrive preferred) and outbound marketing tools. Experience integrating multiple platforms and maintaining data accuracy across systems.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with

. Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data transformation (CSV/JSON).
Basic programming or scripting (JavaScript, Python) for workflow customization.
Experience in
B2B SaaS
or sales-tech environments.
Education
Bachelor s degree in
Marketing

, Information Systems
, Computer Science
, or related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
