Job Summary
We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-focused Marketing Associate who deeply understands the core principles of marketing and copywriting. This role is ideal for someone who can create high-converting content, manage LinkedIn as a growth channel, support direct outreach initiatives, and assist in building marketing assets across the entire customer journey from awareness to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Copywriting
- Create high-converting posts and authority-building content for awareness, engagement, retargeting, and lead generation campaigns.
- Identify strong hooks, angles, and messaging that resonate with the target audience.
- Write clear, persuasive copy aligned with brand voice and business objectives.
- LinkedIn Management & Growth
- Own end-to-end LinkedIn management for both personal and company profiles.
- Plan and execute a consistent posting schedule.
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
- Drive engagement through comments, DMs, and strategic interactions.
- Direct Outreach & Community Engagement
- Perform direct outreach through LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
- Support retargeting efforts via personalised messaging.
- Create and manage engaging content for WhatsApp communities to nurture leads and build trust.
- Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement
- Assist in creating and updating marketing collaterals across different stages of the customer journey.
- Develop pitch decks, case studies, and structured proposals.
- Customize proposals for individual clients based on brand audits, business needs, and growth goals.
- Website & Funnel Support
- Assist in improving website flow, structure, and messaging to build credibility.
Qualifications (Please Apply Only If You Meet These Requirements)
- Bachelor degree / MBA / Post Graduate in Marketing or related field (Freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge or interest in AI-based creative and design tools (e.g., Canva, Midjourney, ChatGPT).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A smart, intrapreneur mindset with a passion for marketing innovation and problem-solving.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and conversion.
- Ability to create structured proposals and professional marketing materials.
Bonus Skills (A Plus For Your Application)
- Experience in marketing, campaign management, or content-led growth roles.
- Experience managing LinkedIn for personal brands or businesses.
- Understanding of lead generation, retargeting, sales funnels, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, or structured lead management.
- Exposure to WhatsApp marketing or community-led growth.

Expectations (What To Expect)
- Work Hours: 46 hours a week, with 8 hours per day.
